Scanning Lines on Live TV and Recordings

Hi:

First off I would like to say this is an excellent product. Right now I have the trial and I am very happy with it.

I have one problem:

Every 30 seconds to a minute I get several grey lines that scan from top to bottom on my TV screen. Ive had this with other programs and I was just wondering if someone could offer a tweak/fix/workaround for this as it gets annoying when viewing.

My configuration is:
P4 2.66 Ghz
512 MB Crucial DDR Memory
Via Chipset Mobo
2 Hard Drives Software Raided together for a 250 gb virtual drive.
Asus 16x DVD-RW
ATI 9250 128 MB Video Card with SVideo Out
Audigy 2 Value
AverMedia M150 TV Tuner Card

The cable runs from a signal amplifier to my TV Tuner card. This then runs from my SVideo out on my graphics card to a Svideo Select RF Modulator. This then runs over coax from the RF Modulator to my TV. I have a feeling its my modulator but I really cannot test it because my TV only has a coax input (older TV).

Does that problem occur in the app that is bundled with the tuner?

Hi:

Yes it does occur in the UltraTV application that came with the card and GB-PVR. I assume this may be associated with the tearing problem and I am searching online for fixes for that. Any direction that can be offered will be greatly appreciated. This occurs in both LiveTV and Recordings (doesnt matter if windows media player, media player classic, quicktime).
