RCN Chicago moving the channels around...
Hi,I live in Chicago and I use RCN Digital cable. Recently they announced that they are going to move around some of the channels (for future enhancements, apparently) anyway they have moved the channels around but btv still thinks they are were they used to be.
I have tried to download the compete guide but it make no difference. Does anyone else have this problem ? who updates this stuff? I would be grateful for any help, Thank you graeme,

Are the listings on snapstream.net correct ? If not, you need to file a tech support request so that SS can contact the content provider. If they are correct, you need to delete your current lineup and rerun the setup wizard to select the new lineup. You may also have to reschedule and shows that are on channels that have been moved.
