generic application error
Hi,
I get: "Generic Application Error. Enable debug output for deatiled information. The D3D Application will now exit." I don't have a nvidia card like as reported on the forums, and i've got the developer driver from the Intel website. Whenever I set software rendering in the settings.xml file, it still crashes and overwrites the file changes I made. Thanks |

Re: generic application error
You need to have BTV completely shutdown before you can modify the settings.xml file. That means ensure that the BTVAgent in the taskbar is closed and no BTV service is running. Then you should be able to modify the file, and start BTV again without it overwriting changes.
