no canadian guide data in BTV4 ?!
Hi folks,
Any word on chuck wagon's comment regarding the possibility that there will not be canada guide data in the new version of BTV4??? http://blogs.snapstream.com/2005/08/...f/#comment-314 -Joe (edited the title to catch a little more attention

The way I read it is that the current line up will be the same (Starchoice, ExpressView and such), but the data for the over the air canadian HD channels might not get integrated...

There is no way Snapstream would stop supporting Canadian BTV users. The blog is about OTA HD signals which Snapstream can't include in it's guide management processes.
I would really be unhappy if it included all the Satellite and cable providers from Canada. I guess I'd have to learn the XLMTV route in a hurry.
