BTV4 Upgrade Pricing & Commitment for BTV3.x.x bug fixes?
Now that BTV 4 is announced with a clear feature set perhaps it is time to ask the question on the upgrade path & SnapStream's commitment to keep 3.x alive for those of us who will not be upgrading for a while.
Where I live there is no HD broadcast. The other BTV4.x features announced (ie FM radio etc) are not at all interesting for me. In all reality I can see myself not wanting to move to BTV 4.x at all especially if I need to pay for it (which I am guessing will be the case). Can somefrom from SS kindly issue a statement on upgrade pricing / policy for BTV 4 and the commitment to keep bug fixes coming for the 3.x line until there is a feature-frozen but otherwise stable version? Thank you very much.
