FX5700 slower video screen updates?(In Wrong Forum)
This is in the wrong forum - I need to delete from here.
I recently swapped my ATI AIW 9000 for a BFG FX5700OC LE in the hope of getting better video. I also reformatted my HD and reinstalled Windows XP and BTV. Now the video is not as perfect as I expected. The screen updates slower - it looks like parts of the screen are continuously trying to catch up especially when I have scene changes or move from white color suddenly. It is not drastic but very perceptible. I have the latest nVidia drivers installed. I tried turning off V Sync. Hardware acceleration is turned up all the way. Is this a 'feature' of the FX 5700? Should I put my old AIW 9000 back in?
