Question cloning recordings

I *finally* got to physical proximity to my PVR and added a 512MB DIMM and upgraded to BTV 3.5

However, I see that a feature which I depend on for 90% of my recording is missing, the "Save as New" button. I can't imagine there was some big reason to remove this feature. Oh, this is in the web interface, the only one I really ever see since I'm usually on the other side of the atlantic when I need my PVR.

Is there any plans to add this back in? Without it, it will become very tedious for me to break my 4-1/2 hr college football games this fall into 30 minute segments!
