Program Guide info wrong

My program guide info is different from tv guide.com. My shows are not listed in program guide at all but are on tv guide.com. My shows are new this sunday but won't recorded. How can I fix this?

Has it always been different, or has your lineup changed recently ? If you go to your account on snapstream.net, does your provider offer multiple lineups (basic, basic plus, premium, etc) ? Does one of them match tvguide.com ?

Sometimes it's different. Some shows will not recorded in all new shows only mode. Even if it has an new air date. No! the linup has not changed. Yes! they have multiple lineups I use basic plus this should not have any effect because I have a problem with the show not showing up in their time slot so btv can reccord. Yes! they match tvguide.com but these show for some reason just does show up. I will delete lineup an try again.

I have noticed a number of inconsistencies in the content of the Canadian guide lately. Some things show up as unavailable and others are just flat wrong. Like it says NCIS and it actually is Extreme Home Makeover. I wonder if BTV's guide info provider is having some issues.
