Comcast Channel Lineup Change (Virginia)
Comcast has decided to reorganize their entire channel lineup on both basic & digital cable in my area (Richmond, VA) and now the channels BeyondTV is showing doesn't match what Comcast has set now. This all took place this past Saturday (6/11/05). I've tried rerunning setup to let it rescan the channels, but everything is still coming up with the old lineup. Does something have to get updated on the BeyondTV schedule lineup side for the channels to get synch'd back up?

A little correction... while the lineup got "better", more than a few channels are still not listing accurate shows and/or show times. Any good suggestions for alternate listing sources?

There are afew steps needed to make this better.
1 - Go to Snapstream.net and delete your old lineup, then create a new one. 2 - Locally in BTV, force an update of the EPG. 3 - Once the update completes, go into the BTV web interface (Setup - Channels) and make sure you are not blocking any channels you need.
