Questions re: ordering at SnapStream.com

I'd like to order a bundle from SnapStream.com, but I'm curious about a few things:

1. BTV/BMedia/FireFly bundle - I have a trial right now of BTV. It expires in 5 days. If I order online and have the bundle shipped to me, will I be able, somehow, to go ahead and activate my trial to a full version? Without having to wait on shipping?
2. Customer service/delivery experience - Can anyone say whether or not their buying experience from the SnapStream.com store has been really good or bad?

1- They give you the product keys via email, not in the shipped package so you won't have to wait. The shipped package is the same software you have, just boxed.

2- I had a great experience with Snapstream.com when ordering.

I recently purchased a copy of BM, I got the download version and had a key within 60 seconds of ordering.

I purchased the BTV/BM/FireFly special a couple of months ago and it only took three days for delivery....Texas (I think) to W. Va. In my case, the serials came with the boxed software.
