Question about recording quality

I just revamped my HTPC and in the process, upgraded to the latest BTV iteration. I wanted to check out the quality settings and couldn't find them anywhere. Where have they gone? There also used to be a way on SS.net that allowed tinkering in this area. It's gone too.

What am I missing here? Suggestions?

Well...I have 3.5.3, and there are definitely quality settings in Web Admin. Try:

Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Video Qualities

If not then I don't know what to say. Were you running some kind of customized version of Web Admin or something?

Thank you for that! New question is how do I get that item (advanced settings)into my settings menu? That's what I was looking for and it's not there, I vaguely remember somthing about this at the last major update.

Nevermind! I found it. It's amazing what you can do when you apply yourself!

In the list of video qualities, edit one. Do 'save as new' and edit. The new video quality will be available instantly in web admin and Link.
