Input Priority Issues

I have three inputs in my BTV setup. Two PVR 150s, each connected to a DirecTV satellite box and controlled by a USB-UIRT. The third is a PVR USB2 connected to basic cable. The basic cable is there so that one of the satellite feeds can be free at all times (if possible).

So, I prioritized the boxes like this:

Sat Box #1
Sat Box #2
Cable

All three program guides are based off of the same base program guide; just almost all the channels are hidden for the cable.

Now, if I tune to CBS, BTV shows it via Sat Box #1 -- as it should. But, if I tell it to record CBS, it starts recording via Sat Box #2. It just refuses to use the cable to record things.

At night, I have it recording on both NBC and CBS at the same time. When I sat down to watch TV, I opened up Live TV and both Satellite boxes were busy recording.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Re: Input Priority Issues

Move 'cable' up in your list (sources, webadmin, right?). If that doesn't work, I'd file a support request.

Re: Input Priority Issues

As I understand it, the input at the bottom is supposed to be used for recordings. So, if a channel is available from the bottom input, it ought to be used.

Re: Input Priority Issues

As I understand it is the other way around - at least theoretically.
