Automatically removing commercials from Mpeg files

I'm looking for a proggye for automatically removing commercials from Mpeg files
unsing the data generated by BTV's Commercial skipping function.
Prefferably without reencoding the file.
Please help.

TIA

The only one I know of is VideoReDo - videoredo.com
It opens BTV's smartskip files as a "project" so you can tweak it and then copy to a new mpg with the selected parts "cut" from the final file.

There aren't any free programs that can do this?

IGCutter New version on the way, but the current one supports WMV, MPEG 1&2...
I have only used it a bit, but I like it.
