Jeyo Remote, Bluetooth phone, and Beyond TV?

I am a Mac user, and I am addicted to a program called Salling Clicker for the Mac. It turns your bluetooth phone into a media remote, clicker, etc. Very useful utility.

I've been searching for a similar program for Windows, as I'd like to be able to control Beyond TV from my bluetooth phone. I found Jeyo Remote, but I can't seem to find much information about it. Has anybody used this program in the past? Does it work well with Beyond TV?
