How do I get updated Direct TV Channels in EPG

I was going to e-mail support this issue but my server is headless and i'm 350 miles awsay from it which means I can't run dxdiag. In order to submit and e-mail to tech support you need this file(dumb in this case). All I need to know is who do I have to contact at snapstream to have direct tv channel 241 (TvONE) added to the epg. Sage has this info in their epg but not BTV, what's up with that?

- Zip Code
- Service Provider
- Service Type
- Service Tier
- Your SnapStream.NET username, or your Product Key
- A list of the discrepancies between the SnapStream.Net lineup and the actual one you receive, or a link, text file, et cetera that displays the correct lineup.

We will then take a look and if necessary notify our data provider.
