Sorry, but I've got bad news. BTV must be on your "primary monitor" this is because it uses Direct X for the display. You can go through the hassle of setting up your secondary monitor to be your primary desktop, but it is a pain in the #$%.

You could this with Netremote.
Takes some time and patience on the users end to set it up (the way you want it), but its inexpensive and powerful. Also, check out MainLobby. More expensive, but those that use it, love it. I just have myHTPC frontend displayed on my touchscreen (no program guide though), since BTV never gets minimized. What can I say... Im lazy
