Apps load slow after installing BTV
I have a strange problem with BTV. After upgrading to v3.5, clicking on a file in a folder causes the associated application to load very slowly. For example, if I click on a small Word or Excel document, it can take 90-120 seconds for the document to appear. If I close the BTV agent, the same file will load in about 1 second. If I use File/Open from within the application, the file opens instantly reguardless if BTV is running or not.
Since the problem first appeared, I have reformated my harddrive and re-installed everything. The problem came back as soon as BTV 3.51 was installed. Any ideas?

Unfortunate for you, but I'm glad it's not only me! I have the exact same symptoms. It takes forever for Excel and Word documents to open when clicked on from within Explorer when 3.5.1 is running.
SnapStream is aware of this issue and opened a "bug" on it in early December. No word since then.
