Library has duplicates - webadmin crashes on Watch / Options

Both viewscape and webadmin show duplicate entries of shows in the library when there, infact, is only a single file.
Viewscape will let me view, but webadmin 'crashes' (gives an error page) when selecting OPTIONS for a program. The duplicate entries are not consistent -- not ALL programs get duplicates, only some of them.

Webadmin also won't give the right filename when I click play:

It turns

into

H:\SNAPSTREAM\SHOWS\DAILYSHOW\The%20Daily%20Show%2 0(M)-2004-12-06-0.wmv



any ideas?

Is no one having a similar problem?
How/when is the library updated? Is there a way to 'flush' and rebuild?

Yes, I have the same problem. Looked in my settings and went to folders and there are two entries for my default video folder.
