If it is anything like here in the UK then it is that the xml feed is not marking the new programs as premieres. This leads to the importer marking the program as a repeat.
Here in the Uk i get around this by having the grabber mark anything not marked as a repeat as a premiere and that resolves the issue here in the UK. The importer then marks all programs not a repeat as a new program.
