Setting up BTV as a system service

I found a thread that did a step by step procedure for win2k for setting up a service for BTV that would allow it to start automatically when the machine was turned on reguardless of if it was logged in. But with my XP Pro with SP2 I can't get it to work.

Can someone please walk me thru the steps needed to do this?
