Well, I finally did it... I've had a BTV box that has been running since V3.0 and I've never had to dump BTV. With the update to 3.5, and the steadily dropping video quality of my old WinTV Go, I decided to get a 250BTV card. Everything seemed to work with the mix of HW and SW encoding, until I got the entire second episode of the Farscape miniseries without audio (I still can't figure that out...). Anyways, I yanked the GO card. When I got everything put back together, I lost all the "click" sounds from the BTV menus! Kooky, huh... Anyways, I guess it's time to just chuck it all and start from scratch.

press Q in the btv interface to get your clicks back.

Oops... Oh well, I went through with the reinstall, and I think I'm happy. The PQ seems MUCH better in LiveTV. Now, I just have to get Link working....
