Scrambled Channels

Does anyone know why I would not be getting certain channels when using Beyong TV? I am unable to get my local Fox Network (Channel 2), my local NBC Network (Channel 3) nor our channel 4?

When watching the regular channel I receive all the channels. I have basic cable tv, no converter box.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
