PVR 250 Upgrade - No Video.. HELP

Ok, I just purchased a PVR 250 to upgrade my old Hauppauge WinTV card. Long story short, I cannot get video to display in the setup wizard or in the application but there is audio. I believe I'm using the current PVR drivers (1.8A) and I am able to view video in the WinTV2000 application.

I had a new hard drive that I hadn't used yet, so I tried doing a complete fresh install of XP, the PVR 250 drivers and Beyond TV 3.4. And the same problem continues.

I'm running an NVidia GeForce MX440 video card. Just to try it, I swapped that out with a very basic ATI Rage Pro card which also did not work.

I've pretty my exhausted my ideas... anyone have any suggestions?

I would suggest going here: http://www.hauppauge.com/pages/support_pvr250-350.html

And follow the instructions to clear out and reinstall the drivers from that website. Updating the drivers for the 250 usually takes care of that sort of problem.
