Streaming Live TV to Pocket PC

First I know there is a similar post... I want to keep this one on Streaming LIVE TV only.

I've read the FAQ: http://kb.snapstream.com/?kbid=33 concerning compressing recordings and transferring them or streaming the recordings to a Pocket PC, however my desire is to Stream Live TV.

I own an iPAQ H3650. It originally was loaded with Pocket PC 2000, and I upgraded to Pocket PC 2002. It has Mobile Windows Media Player 8 on it.
(yes, software encoding tuner card on computer)

I can use Pocket Explorer to view the Web admin page, but when tapping on "Watch Live TV" although opening Media Player, it never plays.

The article states use of Pocket PC 2003... before I envest in one, does anyone have one, and have has success viewing LIVE TV wirelessly on it?

**in router’s options there should also be an option for port forwarder add the following…

1) Port 8129 : This port is used by the SnapStream Web server for remote
accessibility. (TCP, incoming and outgoing)

2) Port 1755: This port is used by the SnapStream Built-in media server to
stream recorded content. (TCP, incoming and outgoing)

3) Port 8080: This port is used in order to watch a live recording. (UDP incoming and outgoing)

4) Port 80: This is for the port forwarder function (this function can be disabled).

5) Port 443: This port is used by Beyond TV to retrieve data from Snapstream.net.

**Now for the ip address option selection enter the static ip address of your computer (the one you noted earlier)

**I just set this up last week and is great.. i can watch tv any where in the world even on my pocket pc, that has an internet connection and i can change channels, etc...
Well as far as it working on the "iPAQ H5555" (Pocket PC 2003), I'm glad. That's the one that I've been looking at for some time.

But... In my situation, My "iPAQ H3650" (Pocket PC 2002), it will not work. Although I have never had any problems streaming Live TV to any of my computers around the house without creating the port forwarding... I tried them for the sake of the iPAQ. Apparently it just won't work on mine's OS.

This Article: http://kb.snapstream.com/?kbid=33 States that "Windows Mobile 2003" is required, I suppose I confirmed this.

If anyone has gotten it to work on a Pocket PC 2002... please post.
