Screen squeezed when viewing 480x480 file

I recently switched over from ShowShifter to BTV, and I'm using it more and more... (I think I've converted permanently)
The majority of the shows I recorded with ShowShofter were in 480x480 resolution. When I watch those avi files in BTV, the display doesn't stretch to fit the screen. The image is squeezed. How do I set BTV to stretch the video to a certain aspect ratio (4:3 in my case)

Press ‘g’ while watching the file, this will bring up a menu which will allow you to adjust the aspect ratio.

Is that key shortcut documented anywhere? I read (browsed) the user manual, but don't recall seeing any section of keyboard shortcuts.

I’m not sure if it is documented or not, SnapStream seems to have trouble keeping their help files and whatnot up to date with the latest features.
