wmv jitter (encoding probs) VIDEO INCLUDED
Hi, I just noticed whenever I capture in WMV, it skips slightly. I didn't notice it before since I didn't have a ticker at the bottom of the screen, but now I notice it on every news channel I record like cnn, msnbc, fox news, etc.
Anybody know how to fix this problem? Is this normal for wmv compression? Check it out... Look at the ticker skipping...this was captured at 320x240 @ 1000kb/s & CPU at 30%. http://imgod.us/temp/CNN%20Sunday%20...04-06-13-0.wmv Here is a clip I captured at 640x480 @ 2000kb/s & CPU at 90%. Same exact problem. http://imgod.us/temp/CNN%20Sunday%20...04-06-13-1.wmv NOTE: this does not happen when I capture in mpge2. Last edited by section31; 06-13-2004 at 06:42 AM. |
