Setting up a new Channel lineup

I have a 2-part question using my Hauppauge Pvr 250 tuner card. I live in an area where I do not get locals through Dishnet yet, but I get them on my antenna.

(1) Is it possible to set up a channel lineup with a combination of Dishnetwork channels (Svideo) and Antenna Channels (19, 25, 31, etc)(Coax input).

(2) I am trying to get Beyond Tv to tune my channels from the Tuner source on the PVR 250. I have the antenna plugged directly into the 250, but I cant seem to get BTV to tune/change any channels. All I get is Fuzz. WinTv will tune/change the channels fine. I think I am missing something. I have set the Video source to Tuner. Under the settings I have picked Antenna, but nothing has worked. Is it possible for BTV to change/tune channels through the PVR 250's tuner source?
