Why is this episode not first run?

I just noticed that enterprise was not recording. Looking at the following information from snapstream.net, can anyone tell why it did not record?

Lucky for me the episode is repeated Sunday night in my area.

I had the series Enterprise set to record new episodes. I have since changed it to record all episodes and it is now scheduled to be recorded Sunday night.

The name of the show Enterprise changed as of the episode last week to "Star Trek: Enterprise" and apparently the show identifier changed along with it. So that caused the show not to be recognized...as you noted, creating the recording again fixed the problem.

I had to do it twice. This was noted in another thread about 2 weeks ago. After setting up the job again, it came back in the list. At the beginning of this week I had to do it again. This time the name was still Star Trek: Enterprise, but I had to delete and then set it up to get it to record.

it did it again to me tonight as well i noticed it last week and updated it to the new titile but again tonight it didnt record again, it doesnt look like the title has changed since last week but something has fudged it up and i guess we will have to keep an eye on it for a while until it gets around to working. Perhaps one of the .net guys can take a look/talk to the data provider about it?

you cant .net shows the last X number of them and removes them as new jobs are added. that list is just for reference to show that a job was sucessfully downloaded, it is no longer a job as far as .net is concerned because it has been downloaded to the local machine

robert,
thanks. really enjoying my snapstream now. is there a cheaper alternative than tmpgenc to convert recordings to dvd?
tmpgenc does produce good quality dvds.

I dunno the only things ive tried sofar are tmpgenc/dvdauthor and easy cd6 from roxio but i didnt like roxio, it takes too long to render the video and the quality wasnt that great, plus they used pcm audio so you cant fit as much video on a disk. I stuck with tmpgenc because I had used it in the past and knew how it worked once i found they made a dvd authoring program i was set and they had my cash. Perhaps in the future when i want to get around to making something more fancy i will look into it again but im happy for now.
