EPG For UK Users

Any chance of a clue as to when Snapstream.NET will be available for UK users?

Alternatively, TVTV.co.uk told me that you'll have a link to them at some point - any chance of a clue as to when that might be?

Currently, I'm using XMLTV for Full Screen mode EPG and TVTV.co.uk for remote EPG. However, the former only has 4 days of data and for the later I have to manually enter the recordings from my job list into SnapStream.

Clues please...!

No tenative dates on the UK support yet. But we are planning on supporting UK users in the future. We are currently researching our options for the users of the UK.

You should use Digiguide. Best EPG in the UK (or anywhere).

Go to their website and subscribe. They also have an interface to Snapstream.

What I want to know is how can I change the channels on my UK NTL digital cable box from the PC.

Many thanks for the tip - I'll check DigiGuide out.

As for the NTL digital cable box, my ActiSys 200 works very well with it. However, I have to use HERemote rather than the built in support in SnapStream. Check out:

www.tvscheduler.net

There are apparently a few different NTL digital cable boxes, and some use a high tech interactive infra red that the ActiSys 200 cannot handle. If you search the forums (and the ShowShifter ones - sorry for mentioning the competition), there are threads on this topic.

My NTL box is a DI4001N

Does that work with ActiSys 200?

What is your STB?
