How do I setup analog channel frequencies?

Hi,

here is the thing I have a FlyVideo 98 (currently in the supported device list)
It is an analog tv tuner.

When I use Dscaler I have no issues, all the channels goes smootly
When I use HonestechTV (it came with the tuner) I have no problems
When I use BTV4 it is impossible to see a thing, and I didn't found a setting area where to manualy set the channel frequency... (like in almost every other tuner software in the earth)

so first I made changes in the registry at KLM\software\windows\tv blabal settings without success

then I edit the files:

userLineups.xml
UnifiedChannels.xml

and here is my first Q, If I have a channel frecuecy of 185.2500 how do I set up it there? how the decimals are managed?

either way, It seams not to be a working solution, so I need some help here.

I need to manually setup a channel frequency (with decimals). any one knows how to do it?
