usb-uirt blaster wont send the digit 4

I've got directv and a usbuirt, all other digits send just fine, despite trying the preset tuner settings as well running the config wizard, the blaster wont send the digit "4" - has anyone seen this or have a suggestion?

what receiver are you using?

Here is a tip that has worked for me in the past, if the usbuirt won't accept that number, look in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SnapStream\Beyond TV\tuner\UUIRT_Remotes for a same branded receiver rmt file and copy the codes for button 4 over to your file and save it and see whether that works.

It's not fool proof, but it works sometimes.

Also check to see if you have the latest firmware/drivers for the USB-UIRT. I had a similar problem where it wouldn't send 0 a while back and an update resolved it.

my box is a d12-100 -
I removed then reinstalled the USBUIRT drivers, then found a rmt file that had all the digits from a previous training - selected it from the web interface (the wizard did not seem to save the remote setting) and that fixed it. Thanks again.
