Change product key?

I have two product keys, and now only one beyond tv system. The product key I am currently using has no dvd/h.264 plugin, but the other one does. So I backed up, uninstalled, and reinstalled with the product key that has itunes support. I then did a restore and that product key was wiped out for the one I was using before while I did the backup. I mean, that makes sense to me... but how can I change product keys without losing all my settings?

Re: Change product key?

You used the BTV backup and it restored your old key? I would not have thought that would be the case.

Re: Change product key?

I could tell you how to adjust it in the registry -- however the keys are attached to email addresses..

You would need to adjust on SS.Net first -- then adjust on the PC - to get everything in synch.

PM me .. in case I don't happen to login and see any responses...
