motorola dct700
I had to install a motorola dct700 converter box and now i don't receive anything.I have a hauppauge pvr-150 installed and using beyondtv4.9.Will I have to buy a usb-uirt to get it to work and will I be able to use my program guide to select recordings like normal?I have a firefly remote but have never hooked it up.

Does the PVR-150 have an IR blaster port? As long as you don't need more than one IR blaster, you just need the IR blaster itself, not the whole USB-UIRT.

i use firewire channel changer w/btv on my MOT box

You need to re run the setup wizard to change the tuning method for the capture device. Make sure you have the IR blaster software installed too..
