Post processor failure

The last few recordings that I've showsqueezed have failed to delete the original recording on completion of the DIVX squeeze. I've checked and I have set the option to 'delete source on completion' in web administration.

Here is what I get:

SnapStream File Deleting Postprocessor - D:\BeyondTV\Cane-(Brotherhood)-2007-10-23-0.tp

Created at: 10/24/2007 6:08:21 AM
SUCCESS - SnapStream DivX Recompressor, 10/24/2007 6:08:21 AM - 10/24/2007 8:33:08 AM
SUCCESS - SnapStream File Tagger, 10/24/2007 8:33:12 AM - 10/24/2007 8:33:13 AM
SUCCESS - SnapStream File Moving Postprocessor, 10/24/2007 8:33:14 AM - 10/24/2007 8:33:15 AM
FAILURE - SnapStream File Deleting Postprocessor, 10/24/2007 8:33:17 AM - 10/24/2007 8:33:18 AM

Error: File delete task failed.

I've checked the knowledge and there isn't any help.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

Wayne

Re: Post processor failure

were you watching the recording by any chance?

It was trying to delete the file after the move and something was accessing it.

I wasn't watching the recordings. I always do these compressions in the background while I'm doing other things. I wouldn't think this would present a problem.

I submitted a 'ticket' after posting here but haven't had a response yet.
