Utility for generating BTV Chapters file from VRD Project File

I posted a reply in another thread (http://forums.snapstream.com/vb/show...731#post258731) that includes two attachments for generating a BTV chapters file from a VRD project file. I realize that this utility is of minimal use but I find it helpful at times when all I want to do is tweak the commercial cuts output from ComSkip using VideoRedo and then have those tweaks available in BTV.

I am starting this thread here in case anyone else might find this useful. It is kind of burried in the original post since there has been very little activity on that thread. I hope it's approproate to post this link here?
