Orb.com not streaming
I log into Orb.com (orb2) and it displays my video library (BTV recorded shows). All of the video icons display the first frame of the video. When I click the 'Play' icon the video just stays on the first frame. I have left the browser for 5-10 minutes and nothing changes.
I have searched the orb.com support forums and have had no luck. I have configured the following ports in my router to port forward to my BTV server: orb1 - 80-80 enabled orb2 - 81-81 enabled orb3 - 554-554 enabled orb4 - 13398-13401 enabled Before anyone asks, I don't use any software firewall (including Windows) or any virus software on my BTV server. I know there must be a stupid setting somewhere to fix my problem. If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated...

Re: Orb.com not streaming
So is your default media player launching? What Orb does is send you an ASX (I think it is, but if not...file extension is close) that starts a streaming session between media player and server.

Re: Orb.com not streaming
My media player never launches. It looks like it is trying to play the video embedded in the browser. That is where the first frame of the video displays.
Could this be a media player configuration issue? I use Windows Media Player 10.
