BTV 4.5 & Comcast 700 series Cable Box

I have the ADS IR Blaster, ADS Tech Instant TV and a Comcast 700 Cable box.

I've found that a variety of the GE and Motorola codes seem to work fine during the setup stage. I can even manually record key presses and change the channel during the setup stages as well. However, when I finally get done with Setup, and load BTV, I cannot change the channel. This is regardless if I manually click the channel buttons in BTV *or* use the ADS tech remote.
So, with that said, there seems to be a discrepency between how the Setup process works and BTV.

Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this?

Interesting .. now I can't even get it to pass the tests even when I manually record each button press.

Is anyone using the IR Blaster & Comcast 700/US cable box successfully? Am I going to have to grab a different IR to make this work more stable?

Yup, now I can't get the IR Blaster to work the Cable box whatsoever. Its also rather frustrating .. unless I literally put the remote touching the device, it won't train the next button.
I think something is wrong with it .. not sure if it's driver related or not.

Any recommendations on a replacement or a new driver or something?
