Failed to build live tv graph

I am migrating my BTV server from one os install to another. After I did a fresh install ona different disk than my current install I installed the drivers for the three Hauppauge PVR-150 cards that I have in the machine. When I ran the setup wizard for BTV 4.6.1 i received the error 'failed to build live tv graph'. I am still able to boot into my old configuration and the cards work fine in there so I know it is not hardware related. Here is what I have done so far:

Reinstalled the Hauppauge drivers by following the instructions on the Hauppauge website (several times for several different driver versions). Right now I have 2.0.48.24227 installed and am getting the error.

Reinstalled BTV and this did not work as I got the same error.

I then installed the native PVR application from Hauppauge WinTV and was not able to get a video from that app. Thus, I do not think it is BTV related but rather driver/config related.

I searched the forums and found others with the same issue but theirs seemed to be more hardware related. Has anyone ran into this before? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for your help,

Did you look here for vista and for XP this is what SS recommends, it's 2.0.28.23053
