Instant FM Music???

Can anyone lend a hand? I would like to get ADS Tech Instant FM Music working with BTV 4.6 if it is possible. ADS Tech has a PCI-TV/FM card that works with BTV, so why wouldn't this USB FM tuner? Any suggestions?
