tuning lost after reboot

Using an ATI all in wonder 128 card under W2K. Tuning in the SnapStream wizard works fine, as long as the ATI TV software has done an initial tune first.

After each reboot however the fine tuning is out. So I can see the channels but the quality is very poor. If I retune with the wizard things are ok again.

Any fixes or workarounds?
