DVD plugin burns video upside-down and reversed!

I did a search but could not find anything on this:

Watching video on a DVD-R burned by the trial version of the BTV burning plugin shows the main video image and the thumbnail video on the menu screen upside-down and reversed. (the letter "p" in the video/thumbnail window appears as "d" on the screen). Yet the Menu screen shows all of the static BTV text reading correctly.

This double-inversion of the image only shows up on the burned DVD. The originally recorded HDTV MPEG2 stream and showsqueezed DIVX files appear fine within the BTV viewscape. Problem exists on all DVD players I have tried...

Has anyone else seen this???
