no downloads from snapstream.net
hello, i was wondering if there is a special set up or fee for napstream.net remote recording of programs ? did i miss anything in the set up?
i logon to the web site and schedule a recording . however BTV does not download anything. thank you in advance. ted BTV 4.4

No additional fees. BTV updates itself periodically over the Internet. Have you checked under Settings, Snapstream.net in the viewscape to verify that the 'remote recording updates' option is enabled?
