Log file location
I had an issue where live tv would stop, then play, stop and then play..
Minimized BTV and noticed a XP text bubble poping up every 30 seconds or so saying some BTV service hung, and that it was restarted. I got so fed up with it so I rebooted, problem seems to be gone but I can't find any logs to post them. Logging is enabled in the web UI, no log files that I could find in any obvious locations..

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Shared Documents\Snap Stream\Beyond TV\log
I think you'll need to go to folder options and tick "show hidden files and folders."
