Snapstream.net Downloads

Thanks to the posters I returned my old tuner and got a new one that works perfectly. Thank you guys. However, I keep trying to download the guide from snapstream.net but the download keeps failing all the time. It get to 1% and maybe 5% and fails. Is this normal for first time use? If not, is there a way to fix it?

I think it's not on your end. I think it's likely that if you try to download at a different time it will take. I think that a lot of people trying to download at popular times makes it fail. Try in the morning or late at night. That works for me.

When you ran the setup wizard, did you give it your snapstream.net account ?

That's surprising. Did you select a provider/lineup or did you do a channel scan ? If you want to use the guide, you need to select a provider/lineup. I would rerun the setup wizard again. Without your snapstream.net account information it doesn't know what to download
