pinnacle PCTV HD Pro Stick

Hi. I recieved the pinnacle pctv hd pro stick for christmas. The media center it comes with is terrible. My friend recommended beyond tv so I downloaded the trial. I cant get the HD channels to work at all, I just get a message saying that it cant find the channel and asks me if I want to try a new one. I can pick up the analog channels using the antenna, and that works fine, but the HD channels don't work. I can watch the channels with the software that came with my tuner, but BTV seems like it would be much better if it worked.

BTV is awesome, I hope you get it working. People here will help you with getting it set up properly

I recently bought the PCTV stick and cannot receive any channels at all, it just says 'error' when I run a channel scan in Pinnacle software setup. I'm goin to try it on 1 more computer and then it will probably be reurned.

Ok, I got it working, I just wasn't getting a good signal in my basement. I tried it upstairs and it worked fine. Im going to get a better antenna. I have one more problem though. I have dual monitors set up with my comp, and when I play hd channels on my secondary monitor i just get sound and no picture. It works fine when its on my primary monitor. Is there any way to fix this? Because I like the idea of working on my primary and watching tv on my secondary.
