Australia -- Austar/FTA + Hauppage Nexus-s

Gday all,

I am wondering in beyondtv now supports DVB, also if they support analogue tv (australian format) and also if they support the Hauppage Nexus-s card so i can record my austar.

Also anyone have any experience with importing TV EPG's and Austar EPG's and then merging them into one EPG guide which can be used with BeyondTV?

This does look like the program for my new HTPC which will be living in my tv cabinet next year ... already got the Nexus -S sat tuner card.

No. They were supposed to, but somewhere in the last 18 months, they pretty much decided to drop the non-North American support... As for unofficial support, I do have the start of a solution with BTV-Externinator (link in my signature), though the testers gave up on BTV/moved on before the DVB part became fully operational...

You would need to check if the specific analog capture card itself is supported, but since it works for NTSC and PAL format, it would probably work.

You would need to use the XMLTV importer or something like that.
