Running Windows XP Pro SP1
SnapStream 2,0,0,1333 Dual PIII 1000 MHZ 2 GB RAM 60 GB HD (44 GB Free) All-In-Wonder 128 Pro AGP (listed in Windows Manager) Also have 2 Radeon 7000 cards for Multiple Display Also Have onboard ATI Rage XL PCI (Disabled in Device Manager) don't know if it is disabled on board??? Clean WinXP Pro install Let 'Windows update' update ATI Driver Then Downloaded and installed Drivers from ATI's Site ATI tuning software Installed SnapStream 2 Ran Hardware Wizzard Can only successfully record a couple of seconds of Video (4 to 19 seconds) It starts Recording and Lasts until it ends 2 to 5 minutes later. (Specified time) But when it creates the Video File, it is only a couple of seconds long. The Video and sound is Good, but only for a couple of seconds. Looking in the Video Sources, I see 2 ATI Rage Theatre Video Capture (Primary) and ATIWDM RageTheatre Video Capture Using DirectShow Capture Interface Preview Pin And tuning with DirectShow Tried Different Setting, but are there any sugestions for my hardware? I have had this problem before and is has been about a Year since I have sucessfull recorded anything. Last edited by skirtley; 10-11-2002 at 02:54 PM. |
