EPG downloads but not showing?

I'm evaluating the trial version. EPG data downloads and gives a "100% complete", but when I access the program guide, it's all "no data".

I've searched, but unable to find an answer. What's the trick?

Did you get your channel lineup set up ok in the guided setup?

In the web admin (right click on the BTV icon), does creating a snapstream.net trial account bring up any guide data?

Did you check the knowledge base? Start there if that doesn't help report back.

Thanks for help- I checked, my lineups are there. I deleted them, re-did them and downloaded them again. Took longer this time, but... no joy! Grid is still blank- "unavailable."

OK - checked my lineups in the BTV admin area. They're there. Deleted the folder (as per Knowledge BAse article). Re-downloaded. That folder is re-created with files put in it.
Any other ideas?

I saw someone mention something about certain functions not working unless your account had admin privileges. Are you using multiple accounts on your system? My system is dedicated and only has one account which is automatically logged into. I never really thought about this before, but I wonder how many problems this can cause. Then again it may have no bearing at all.

This sounds like my problem, except that I have a BTV with an entered keycode.

My sloight difference is that I could not find the temp snapstream folder that MIGHT exist in C:\documents and settings\USERNAME\local Settuings\Temp.

Apparently, with the HVR-950, if you install evrything on the CD, it blocks the download some kind of way. Just a guess. I accidently found that if I only installed the USB drivers, everything works OK. So, the EPG downloaded fine.
