Where to set "Off Peak Hours"

I saw that I can set tpsnip and the commercial thing (forgot name) to run during off peak hours, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to set the off peak hours anywhere.

Re: Where to set "Off Peak Hours"

Yep that's what I was looking for, thanks!

I searched every option under settings and advanced settings. Didn't think to check under a non-settings option that I don't even use (showsqueeze).

I've always thought that setting was in a weird place (and not very consistent with the flow of the rest of the settings). Whenever this question comes up, I've usually forgotten (it's also a setting that you don't go to very often) (and I'm getting old), so I have to hunt around to find it.
