Product Key

I just bought DVDXpress + TV with Beyond TV 4 Express from Tiger Direct. When I go to install Beyond TV it ask for the product key. The problem is that I can't find the product key anywhere. There is a file in the Snapstream folder in the install CD that is named CDkey.dll but I can't open it. \What should I do?

The product key should be printed on the label of the CD jacket / jewel case.

If there isnt a product key in the package you might have to take it up with tigerdirect and get a replacement.
